Pre-Fall Carnivores? Not.

The article seen in the video above, appeared on page 17 of the July 2012 issue of National Geographic magazine.

Panda bears are also a good living example of obligate herbivores (exclusive diet of plant materials), in addition to the fruit bat and many others.  Pandas are known to live their whole lives on a diet of -- only bamboo.
It is also true that animals normally carnivorous in the wild, can be raised on vegetarian diets in captivity and live long and healthy lives.  Lions have been raised on diets of grain meal, for instance.

So the argument that carnivory --must-- have existed before the Fall of Man ... meaning that the Bible's assertion that there was never any death before that --must-- be untrue ...
can itself be said to be untrue!  There was no death before the Fall.  Rabbi Paul teaches that death came into the world by the sin of one man, and that salvation from sin has come into the world by the death of one man, Jesus the second Adam.  It's the Creation Truth!  DrJ

Hi Everyone,

 

Wow.  For everyone who was able to attend the presentation last evening by Dr. Charles Jackson at McLean Bible Church, you saw a phenomenal, engaging, funny, and informed speaker.  If you missed him, I hope that we can get him back to northern Virginia soon and employ a coalition of churches to get the word out.  Fathers, Mothers, kids (teens especially), need to hear Dr. Jackson.  Be prepared to have your socks blown off!

Dr. Jackson in about 60 minutes delivered, hardly taking a breath, one of the most seamless and integrated weavings of real science and the Gospel of Christ I have ever witnessed.  His main theme concentrated on the lie of “junk DNA” and why the evolutionists are now “emperors with no clothes.”  He provided quote after quote, source upon source, from secular and evolutionary sources, the concerns and puzzlement of why the human DNA strand with its genome and chromosome attributes, is indeed all working and complex and the demonstration of a wise and intelligent Creator God.  The evolutionists are confounded and dumbfounded and left now with inventing new stories.  Dr. Jackson showed why science is on OUR side, not that of the secular evolutionists.

 

And he did all this with superb articulation, grace, and humor.

 

Until somewhat recently it has been chanted, and I’m sure you or your kids have read or heard this, that humans and chimpanzees / monkeys share about 97% (or thereabouts) of our DNA.  But Dr. Jackson peeled back the onion layer after layer and demonstrated why this is incorrect, and showed why humans have complex speech and articulation skills, and why chimps simply use ambiguous gestures.  There is no connection in the evolutionary chain – there is no missing link – God’s creatures are all specially created by Him for His glory.

 

Dr. Jackson is skilled and proficient in areas that today’s church member and Sunday School teacher (and public school teachers!!) should hear and see.  I hope that we can get him before a group again in the near future.

Evo's BFF in DNA gets "Junked" !!

  For years, evolutionists have been using the mysterious "we don't know what it does" part of the human DNA ... as proof for evolution.  How?  Well, since humans are so "smart" ... if we couldn't figure out what some of the DNA was doing ... then, clearly -- it must not be doing anything!  Such arrogance.  Oh well.

 Now, a huge number of new research studies have been published in the journals, revealing the new concept -- there IS NO JUNK DNA !!

Evolution "Mite" be a Lie !!

 Researchers painstakingly examined 70,000 droplets of amber found in northeastern Italy. Stuck in them were two microscopic mites and much of one fly. The mites are too small to be seen with the naked eye and the fly is a tad tinier than a fruit fly, researchers say.

 And when Grimaldi compared the ancient mites to their modern day descendants, he was surprised about how similar they are. Except for difference in the mouth and fewer legs, "they're dead ringers for (modern) gall mites," he said.

Evo's are always "surprised" by the actual data and observations produced by true scientific discovery.  That's because -- true science -- so often goes against evolutionary doctrines of thinking!

 And that's surprising because the world itself has changed a lot from when these bugs were alive. Back then, there was only one giant continent, some early primitive dinosaurs and no flower plants. Mites now live on flowering plants, but their ancient relatives must have stayed on trees, Grimaldi said.

He's only saying "must have stayed on trees" ... because evo-thinking says there -- were no flowering plants (angiosperms) at "that time" in the evolution-story of life on Earth.  But he also admits that insect scientists tell us ... mites only live on angiosperms!  Once again, observational science not only does not support evolution -- it contradicts evolution!

These mites have remained recognizably the same -- since God made them ... 6016 years ago.  That's why -- these "230 mill year-old" bugs ... look just like the ones we have today.  That's a whole big lotta millions of years ... for evolution to just be sittin' on its hands ... not doing a thing to those mites ... while meanwhile it was busy changing the Morganucodon rat (210 mill yrs ago in the evo-story) into every single kind of mammal that lives today -- people, dogs, cows, whales, bats -- whew!  What faith!  (but not science!)   DrJackson

Eden Immunity?

 Hi Dr. Jackson, I have a question that I thought you'd be able to answer for me :-)
My understanding is that when God created all living things including Adam and Eve and put them in the Garden of Eden there were no diseases or death. All humans [descended from] Adam and Eve are born with a highly complex immune system.
Did God create Adam and Eve with and immune system? If yes, then what did they need it for?

Could it have come about after The Fall by means of micro-evolution?

Science Fraud and Evolution: two close friends!

Scientists in our time, have been granted the status of effectively being the "High Priests" of knowledge and truth.  This would be okay -- if -- scientists were still as highly concerned about the staying objective and sticking to a search for the pure truth, as they had been in the centuries past.  Nowadays, money and fame and publications and endowed chairmanships and funding grants from the National Science Foundation ... seem to be all that matters.  Yes ... our "objective" science community ... has a large infestation of ... politicians and goldbrickers!  Kinda makes it hard to know whether to trust any of the "official facts" that they disseminate ... or not ... doesn't it?!
 

The Piltdown Man was not the last of the scientific frauds put up in the favor of Darwinian evolution.  Evolutionists are just so --eager-- to find evidence that ... they seem to follow the maxim of "I wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't believed it!"  Actually, with the Piltdown "missing link" bones, found near the home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle ... was also found in the same dirt-pit ... a cricket bat.  Nobody seemed to care that the perpetrator ... had actually a sense of humor in tipping his hand to the discoverers ... so total was their faith in Darwin's Dark Delusion.  That was in 1912.  But later, in 1999, a dino-bird missing link made the world news for evolution-lovers.  Only a few months later, it was found to be a total fake ... and ... was immediately christened "Piltdown Bird" in honor of the most famous evo-fake of all time.  But it does make one wonder ... if it took 40 yrs to uncover the Piltdown fake ... what if the "missing link" fossils found in our museums and textbooks ... just haven't ripened to become registered lies yet, in the eyes of the scientific community?  Hmm?!

 

Yeah, I just --had-- to let you know about that last bit about the Harvard evolutionary scientist ... lest you think that I had been stretching it a bit ... me making such a strong connection-accusation between evolutionary belief / devotion and the willingness to commit scientific fraud.  It seems clear, what the Bible has always said, "Sin begats sins."   This is still true and always will be.  And for those who don't believe the Bible ... how 'bout William Shakespeare?  "Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive."  Amen and Amen.

Distances to the Stars?

How is distance to stars and other planets determined?  I know it is measured in light-years, but how is that determined?  If radar or sonar or anything similar were used, it would take longer than we would live to bounce back to us.  Could those stars and planets actually be closer than we thought? Hey brother Dennis!

The stars are surely thousands of light years away, and the other galaxies even billions away. There's no threat to Biblical authority on that, whether on age of the earth or Big Bang Theory or whatever.  Only the closest stars can be accurately measured in their distances from Earth.  We do this by "trigonometric parallax."  We take a look at where in the sky a star appears from the vantage point of Earth ... then we wait half a year until Earth is on the other side of the Sun (a difference of nearly 200 million miles) and then we take a look at it again.  The more different its location seems, compared to the relatively fixed apparent location of the more distant stars ... then the closer it is to us.

You can try this yourself right now, by using the distance between your own two eyes in substitution for the distance of Earth in spring to Earth in fall around the sun.  Just hold up your finger in front of both eyes, and look at it against a relatively distant background.  Now close only your right eye -- then only your left eye -- left-right-left-right.  See it?  And the closer your finger is to your face, the more it will appear to have moved in its location relative to the distant background. 

However, parallax can only use a gigantic triangle to measure the distance of stars no farther than 4.5 light years away.  Most are much further than that.  The rest are figured using "stellar evolution" theory to predict the size and brightness of a star ... then to look at how much smaller and dimmer it looks from here ... to gauge how far away it must be.  True, this is flawed.  Seyfert-variable stars are used to gauge the distance of even stars in other galaxies.  These and super-nova explosions are more reliable.  But the distances really are as great as the textbooks say.  The "main sequence" on the H-R Diagram, however (all put together from Big Bang Theory and Stellar Evolution Theory), is a non-proven yet taught-as-fact concept.  I hope this helps.  Say "hi" from all of us at Creation Truth Foundation to all of the brothers and sisters on the campus and at the church!  Sincerely yours, Dr Jackson

Hey DrJ,

My dad was reading the book of Matthew and noticed that, even though Matthew says there were 14 generations between the captivity and Jesus, if you count them, he only lists 13. I know the Bible is infallible and cannot contradict itself, but I would be grateful for an answer to this.

Dear Andy, 

Perhaps he was counting the original name as one of the generations.  We do this in statistics too ... we ask for how many data points are in the list and then we calculate    n - 1  for the number of data points always.  It depends on whether you count like Adam as his own generation for instance ... or if you only say that his offspring are the F-1 generation.  See what I mean?  Count the first person in the list or count the standing generation at the time of the captivity ... I'll bet that makes it work out.  It's like the brazen laver in the Temple thing ... the measurements in the Bible seem to refute Pi as being 3.0 ... until ... you realize that it says that the metal it was made of was "a hand's breadth" in thickness.  Add that in and ... you get the 3.12459 that is expected!  Amen.  I hope this helps Andy.  Say "hi" to your parents for me.  Your friend, Dr Jackson

The Truth -- worth it?

How can somebody be a "half" Bible-believer or a "half" Christian? Well, what about those folks that claim not be be atheists nor God-believers ... the so-called "agnostics?"
Everybody today seems to think that you shouldn't get "too enthusiastic" about ... well, anything. What rubbish! Jesus said to get enthusiastic totally about the Kingdom of Heaven. David was certainly an enthusiastic man ... even when he was doing wrong! And God called him a man after His own heart. 'Ever wonder why?
Even famous evo-atheist Sith Richard Dawkins ... has mocked the half-Bible-believers. You see, atheists can smell a hypocrite a mile away. So could the Lord, when He was here in bodily form (and He --still-- can) and He told'em all so, too, when the times were right for the tellin'!
Don't be a half-Christian. Don't be a half-Bible-believer. Hey, don't be a half -- anything!
"The Bible, the whole Bible, and nothing but the Bible ... so help me God."
I might also say it this way ...
"The Savior, the whole Savior, and nothing but the Savior ... so help me God."
or I could go with the common courtroom phraseology ... but still applying it to the One who said that He indeed is ... the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
